Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here is an offer to treat, prevent or cure any disease. We describe what each compound is, what it is licensed for where it is licensed, and how to store and handle it.
Some catalog items have prescription or veterinary status. Each product page states the applicable status. Customers are responsible for meeting all legal and prescription requirements in their jurisdiction.
Talk to a physician or pharmacist who knows your history before using anything sold here, and tell them everything else you are taking. Several of these compounds have documented interactions that matter.

Who we are

Eligibility
You must be 19 or older to order. By placing an order you confirm that you are permitted to possess the items in it where you live, and that you hold any authorisation your jurisdiction requires. Where a product is a prescription medicine, obtaining and holding a valid prescription is your responsibility.
Pricing and currency
All prices and orders are in Canadian dollars. Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or foreign-transaction fee. Taxes are calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors before an order ships.
Refusal and cancellation
We may refuse or cancel any order, before or after payment, including where we cannot verify eligibility or where shipping the item would be unlawful. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and their certificate of analysis. We are not responsible for how those goods are used. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Canadian consumer law.
Shipping and returns
Canada-wide tracked shipping is $25. Orders of $500 or more ship free. Local delivery is free for eligible Kelowna-area postal codes (V1V, V1W, V1X, V1Y and V1Z), confirmed during checkout. Tracking is emailed when the shipping label is created. Outer packaging is plain, with no product names on the exterior.
Unopened items in original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened items cannot be returned, for reasons of product integrity. Anything that arrives damaged or incorrect is replaced at our cost: email support with your order number and a photograph and we will ship the replacement the same business day.
Approved refunds are returned by Interac e-Transfer within 10 business days of receipt.
Privacy
What we collect
Your name, shipping address, email address, phone number and order history. Payment is made separately through Interac e-Transfer; this website never asks for or stores online banking credentials or payment card details. We do not collect health information and we ask you not to send us any.
Why we hold it
To fulfil and support your order, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to us. We keep order records for seven years for tax purposes and delete the rest on request.
Email updates
Product and documentation emails are optional and separate from necessary order messages. We record when and where consent was provided. A person may unsubscribe at any time, and an unsubscribe does not prevent order receipts, payment confirmations or shipping updates for an active order.
Who else sees it
Our shipping carrier sees only the information needed to deliver the order. Your bank and the receiving financial institution process the e-Transfer outside this website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@iverguysupply.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
